Refund policy

At NatureU Health, we are committed to ensuring a worry-free shopping experience. If you have any issues with our products, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange service.

  1. Damaged or Defective
    Products If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 30 days (including weekends and public holidays) to request a return or exchange. After verifying that it meets the return/exchange criteria, we will assist you with the exchange process. Applications submitted after the 30-day period will not be accepted.

  2. Non-Returnable Situations
    NatureU Health reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • Any product that has been opened or used.
  • Products past the 30-day return period.
  • Products not in their original packaging or missing accessories, promotional items, or documentation.
  • Products not purchased from https://natureuhealth.com.
  • Packages lost or damaged during the return process (we recommend using a traceable and insured shipping method).
  1. Return and Exchange Process

    a. Contact Customer Service
    Please contact our customer service team via email at info@omnisolutionslabs.com within 30 days of receiving your order and provide your order details and the reason for the return or exchange.

    b. Return Authorization
    We may ask for photos and/or videos of the product to verify if it meets the return/exchange criteria. Customer service will assist you in completing the return or exchange process. Returns will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive the item, and you will be notified via email about the outcome.

    c. Product Packaging
    Please pack the item properly for return or exchange. If the original packaging box is lost, use another box to wrap the product’s original packaging, avoiding placing paper or writing directly on the original packaging. If the original packaging is damaged, the return may not be accepted, or a damage fee may be deducted from the refund.

    d. Return Shipping Pack the product properly and use a traceable and insured shipping method to send it back to the address we provide. When you request a return or exchange, please proactively ask the shipping personnel for a receipt and keep it until the return/exchange is completed for tracking purposes. (Note: Customers must bear all shipping costs when requesting a return or exchange.)

  3. Refund Processing Time Once the refund is confirmed, we will process it within 5-10 business days and return the refund to your original payment method. The exact time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment provider’s processing time.

  4. Store Credit If your order was paid using store credit, the refund will be returned as store credit, which can be used for future purchases.

  5. Refund Notification After the refund is processed, we will notify you via email and provide relevant transaction details.
